A Guaranteed House Cleaning:
If you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your home being cleaned and we will re-clean the areas that you are dissatisfied with.
* This guarantee does not apply if our ability to perform the cleaning has been limited in some manner by the client or more than 24 hours have passed since the cleaning service was performed.
Our Clients Are Protected:
If an unexpected accident is caused by our house cleaner such as breakage or employee injury, Mrs Clean carries insurance to protect the client from liability.
Cleaners That Arrive Promptly:
Mrs. Clean makes every effort to arrive at your residence on time. However clients scheduled before you and traffic may effect our arrival time. A few things are beyond our control. We'll make every effort to get in contact with you if our arrival time is outside of +/- 30 minutes of your scheduled cleaning.
Our company vehicles have GPS trackers. If you'd like to know exactly where the team is at, or exactly when they arrived and when they left your home, we can provide that information to you.
