That question should come in your package, when establishing your cleaning service, You should have a package put together with your policies that you go over when meeting your clients,or talking to them over the phone,
When promoting my business and people ask me what all I offer,
I first assure them that I am license, bonded, and insured.
That way if any thing is broken, stolen, or messed up that I have caused, or an employee have done, my insurance cover the damage,
I also offer a 24 hour guarantee, if they are unhappy with a certain area I cleaned I will come back and re clean that area at no charge.
I do not give refund, make that clear, I will never do service and not get paid.
They also will ask you how do you accept payment
you will then say cash or check. I personally like checks, from my long time clients, make sure too if you do accept checks check the bank,
If its a one time cleaning cash would be what I would suggest.
I also tell them that I perform by a 50 point check list
which I also give them, and make sure you can remember
everything you do in the home, that way you don't have to read from a
script that you have written and can't remember
Anther good advice, is to write down question that your clients
ask you, and come up with what ever the name of your business
and put for instance I will use my name

Most of the homes I service, since I don't have a crew, 1 man Job
I tell them between 4 to 5 hours the first time I come into the home
there after thats if they are a regular client 2 to 2 in a half hour there after depending on the size of the home.
and with me it take me long because I am very particular about my homes, I take great pride in my work, plus I bond with my clients so they feel like I am one of the family. So it's very hard for them to replace me, Because I have gain their trust, I can do about two big homes a day ranging anywhere between 200-250 a day.
