Hello farmerfingers,
Welcome to the Mrs. Clean Forum!
Yes, blackberries are a delicious treat, but they can leave quite stubborn stains on your skin and clothing. Some traditional, natural, techniques for removing berry stains from the skin:

One of the most popular methods is to soak your finger tips in the juice of a fresh lemon. You can either squeeze the juice into a shallow bowl to soak your fingers in, or you can try soaking them directly in the lemon. You can do this by cutting the lemon in half, and then cut a little slit in each segment. Stick your fingers in the slits and soak for a few moments. Then, sprinkle a little salt on your hands and wash as usual with warm soapy water. You may need to try this a few times to remove the stains. As an added bonus, the lemon juice will also help to whiten and brighten the tips of your fingernails!

You can also try raw potato juice. Rub the cut side of a raw potato on your fingers, and then wash your hands in warm, soapy water as usual.

If you would like to try something a little stronger, you may want to try a heavy duty hand cleaner like ‘Goop.’ It is marketed to mechanics, and it is good for removing many stains on the skin that do not wash off easily (like motor oil). You can find Goop at many retail outlets and online.

Good Luck, and let me know how it turns out!
